Corky Thacker Communications began working with this client to develop a new logo when the Firm changed its name to reflect an expanded scope from HVAC to full MEP consulting engineering and design. The lighthouse icon and the "Dependable Guidance" tagline not only serve as their logo, but became the centerpiece of the client's culture—TES is distinguished by a passion for responsive service and an "owner's agent" approach to executing customers' projects.

Promotion was initially limited to press releases to match market exposure to a carefully-planned growth strategy. Early releases announced the addition of key personnel and a move to larger quarters. More recent releases announced LEED Accredited Professional staff and a program to develop the Firm's next generation of leaders. In 2007 and 2008, we were very pleased to issue press releases announcing that the client was honored with three awards as one of the fastest-growing companies in Northeast Ohio, and was named to the Inc. 5000 list as a national growth leader.    

CTC created two websites and a portal for e-newsletter articles, which has been rolled into the current website. TES’ in-house marketing maintains and updates the site, adding new interactive features.

Pocket-sized trifold handouts were created for use at a key industry conference to summarize the Firm's services and describe available training seminars for both current clients and new prospects. Again, digital printing provided a very professional image that was quite economical.
